You called because something is already in the walls, under the sink, or in the attic — Nex Pest Control sends a licensed technician who diagnoses the actual problem instead of guessing from a truck-side estimate.
We didn't start out trying to be the biggest name in Altamont pest control — we started by answering calls nobody else wanted to take on a Sunday night, and that's still who we are.
Every technician we send out is licensed under state pest control regulations and covered by our company's insurance, so you're never gambling on who's walking through your door.
We'd rather lose a job to an honest "you don't need that treatment yet" than oversell a Altamont homeowner on something their situation doesn't call for.
We also track what's happening across Altamont season to season — which blocks see termite swarms first, which see rodent calls spike once the weather turns — so a technician arrives with a working hypothesis, not a blank slate.
Most Altamont service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. Waiting rarely makes the underlying colony smaller — it just gives it more time to spread into places that are harder and more expensive to treat.
Six service lines, one Altamont crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
A wasp nest by the front door or a rodent sighting near a newborn's room doesn't wait for business hours — our Altamont emergency line is answered around the clock and dispatch is prioritized by risk, not by who called first. Our dispatcher asks a couple of quick questions to gauge urgency, then routes genuinely urgent Altamont cases ahead of standard scheduling.
Standard residential service covers the everyday Altamont invaders — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish — with an initial treatment and a recurring schedule that keeps pressure from building back up between visits. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Altamont restaurants, retail stores, and office buildings get a documented, scheduled program with service logs ready for any health inspection, run around your actual operating hours. Technicians can service before or after business hours so treatment never disrupts customers or staff.
We check the soil line, crawl space, and framing for mud tubes and wood-to-soil contact, then recommend either a liquid barrier or bait station system based on what's actually found. Bait stations installed on the property get checked on a monitoring schedule, so new activity is caught early instead of at next year's visit.
We handle mice, rats, and the occasional squirrel or raccoon with humane methods and permanent exclusion work, not a one-and-done trap drop. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
We'll flag chronic water sources on your Altamont property — a clogged gutter, an old planter — that keep re-seeding the population no matter how often we spray. One-time treatments ahead of an outdoor event can usually be scheduled within a day or two.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most Altamont calls get a same-day window. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
We confirm the species and the source before recommending anything — no guesswork treatment. You'll see exactly what was found, in plain language, before any recommendation is made.
You'll see one flat number before any product goes down — no per-visit surprises later. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
Every Altamont quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. Ask any Altamont customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Our Altamont technicians are already in the area, which is why same-day windows are the norm, not the exception. We keep routes tight across Altamont specifically so a same-day window is realistic, not just a marketing promise.
Every Altamont technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Insurance coverage protects your property in the rare event something goes wrong — most companies won't tell you that upfront.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Altamont customer's trust over a technicality.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. A dispatcher will help you determine if your situation genuinely needs same-hour response or can wait for standard scheduling.
Our technicians have inspected enough Altamont attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your street before they even arrive. That local pattern data shortens the inspection and sharpens the first treatment plan, rather than starting from zero every visit.
Altamont clients don't have to argue for a re-treat. If our records show the pest is still present after the guarantee period, the next visit is already covered.
This isn't a lifetime promise on every pest forever, but within the stated window it's unconditional — no forms to fill out, no argument about whether it counts. We'd rather absorb the cost of an extra visit than lose a Altamont customer's trust over a technicality in the fine print.
Called about roaches at 8pm on a Friday and honestly expected a voicemail. Got a real person and a technician the next morning.
Appreciated that they explained exactly what species we had instead of just quoting a generic treatment.
Mice in the garage turned out to be coming through a gap under the door frame — sealed same visit, no return trip needed.
Service logs are ready every visit, which has made our compliance paperwork so much easier.
Called the emergency line at night and someone actually picked up, which mattered more than I expected.
They found a clogged gutter section holding water that we never would have thought to check ourselves.
We'd fought the same ant problem for two seasons before calling. One inspection found what years of DIY spraying missed.
Having documented visits across our whole portfolio instead of six separate vendors saved us real time every month.
